How to Add/Edit Brands & Discounts

Brands & Discounts
  1. From any Module
  2. Click on "Administration" (located on the left-hand side of the screen)
  3. Click on Brands and Discounts (located towards the bottom of the page)
To Add Brands to your Global Product Catalog
  1. Click on "Add" (located in the upper right-hand corner) 

  2. Type in the name of the brand then select the brand from the options provided.
  3. Enter in your cost discount
  4. Click on "Add" 
To Remove a Brand or Change a Cost Discount
  1. Click on the three (3) dots (located to the right of the discount percentage) 
  2. Click on "Remove" to delete the Brand 
  3. Click on "Edit" to make changes to the Cost Discount 
  4. Click on "Save" 

Helpful Hint!
Setting up your Brands & Discounts is an important step in the DesignAlign program.  This will allow our Global Product Catalog to display ONLY the brands that your firm represents allowing you to customize the sales experience for your clients.  In addition, by entering in your "Cost Discount" the Global Product Catalog will display your Estimated Cost (if this feature is turned on) and the Estimated Sales price to the consumer using the markups in the Budget Templates.

Please Note!
Custom Brands such as Cabinetry and Countertops will have a "Cost Discount" of Zero (0) since there is no pricing for them in the Global Product Catalog.
