How to Customize Lead Sources

Lead Sources
  1. From any module
  2. Click on "Administration" (located on the left-hand side of the screen)
  3. Click on "Lead Sources" (located towards the bottom of the page) 

  4. To remove an entire category - Click on "Actions" then click on "Remove" 

  5. To add a category - Click on "New" (located on the upper right-hand corner) 


  6. Enter the required information
  7. Click on "Create" 

  8. To make changes to a category - Click on "Actions" then click on "Edit" 

  9. Make the necessary changes then click on "Save" 
Please Note!
After making changes to the Lead Sources at the Company Level you MUST make the same changes to each branch.
  1. Click on "Branches" (located on the left-hand side of the screen)
  2. Click on the "Branch Name"
  3. Click on "Lead Sources" (located towards the bottom of the page) 
  4. Repeat steps 4-9
Please Note!
New Lead Sources MUST be added at the Company Level first before they can be assigned to the branch!
