Support Ticket

How to Request Support

Contacts Main Screen
  1. From any module
  2. Click on "Support"
    (located on the lower left-hand corner of the screen) 

  3. You will be redirected to our Knowledge Base 
    Knowledge Base Main Screen
    1. You can also enter the website directly into the URL
      1. "help.designalign.com"
  4. Click on "Create Ticket" 

  5. Enter in the necessary information
    1. Contact Name
    2. Email
    3. What area do you require assistance
    4. Subject
    5. Description
      1. Click on the "Image" icon to insert an image or screen capture into the description of the email 

  6. Click on "Attach a File" if needed 

  7. Click on "Submit" 


Please Note!
You will receive an email with your ticket number from help@designalign.com .  Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don't see this email in your inbox.  In addition, you will receive a separate email letting you know when your ticket has been resolved!

Helpful Hint!
You may want to add help@designalign.com  to your safe senders list to avoid having this email end up in your junk or spam folder.
