How to Access the Knowledge Base

Contacts Main Screen

1. From any module
   
2. Click on "Support"
   
   (located on the lower left-hand corner of the screen) 
   
   
   
3. You will be redirected to a new webpage

1. You can also enter the website directly into the URL
   
1. "help.designalign.com"
   
4. You can navigate the Knowledge Base in two different ways
   
1. Option One - Click through the various sections to locate the desired article
   
2. Option Two - Enter a keyword into the "Search" bar
   
   (located along the top of the screen) 
   
   
   
1. Clicking on the  link within the search results will open that article 
   
   
   
5.  Each article contains step by step instructions as well as images of the program to assist you

At the bottom of every article will be a short video tutorial that you can view directly within the knowledge base.
