How to Reset Your Password

DesignAlign Sign In Screen

1. Open any web browser and go to the DesignAlign webpage
   
1. Click here for information on How to Sign In/Out of DesignAlign"
   
2. Click on "Forgot Password"
   
   (located near the bottom center of the screen) 
   
   
   
3. Enter in your email address
   
4. Click on "Continue" 
   
   
   
5. The program will prompt you to let you know that an email has been sent with a direct link to reset your password 
   
   
   
6. Open your email account
   
7. Check your inbox for an email titled "DesignAlign: Reset Password" from "noreply@DesignAlign.com" 
   
8. 
   
9. Click on "Reset Password" in the email 
   
   
   
10. Enter in your "New Password"
    
11. Click on "Save"

Check your junk or spam folder if you don't see the email in your inbox.

Helpful Hint!

You may want to add noreply@designalign.com to your safe senders list to avoid having this email end up in your junk or spam folder.
