How to Create a New Contact

Contacts Main Screen

  1. From the Contacts Main Screen
  2. Click on the "New" icon (upper right-hand side of the screen)   

  3. Enter in the necessary information
    1. General information
    2. Billing Address
    3. Contact Information
      1. Click on "Add" to add additional phone numbers and/or email addresses 

    4. Notes
  4. Click on "Create" 


Helpful Hint!
We recommend that you search the program for your customer prior to entering a new Contact to avoid creating duplicate records.
